Honest feedback requires verification
Trust cannot be built on unverified claims. Proof-of-Service isn’t invasive — it’s foundational. We verify the transaction, not the person.
Conflicts are resolved through evidence
Neither side should be silenced. Both sides should present their case. An immutable record should remain - regardless of how the resolution ends.
Accountability must be architectural
Compliance, audit trails and regulatory bridges aren’t features we bolt on. They are the skeleton of the system. Remove them and the structure collapses.
Regulated industries deserve specialised infrastructure
